This Sunday, September 14, we’ll gather to honor Pastor Jim on his final Sunday with our church. It’s a day of mixed emotions—sadness as we say goodbye, but also immense gratitude for his ministry, which has been a guiding light for so many of us.
Pastor Jim’s leadership has enriched every part of our community. He brought so much to our worship services through his inspiring prayers, sermons, music, and creative liturgy. We are a W.I.S.E. community for Mental Wellness and broadcast weekly worship videos because of his dedication.
Beyond the pulpit, Pastor Jim has been a constant presence in our lives. We’ll always remember his compassionate support during difficult times, his joyous spirit in moments of celebration, and his unwavering commitment to our ministries and outreach efforts. He created a space where we could be vulnerable, fostering a deeper sense of connection among us.
While we’ll greatly miss his wisdom, humor, and teamwork, we also celebrate the incredible legacy of love he leaves behind. As Pastor Jim begins this new chapter, we send him off with our deepest love and blessings. We hope his future is filled with joy and the continued opportunity to share his remarkable gifts with the world.
I’ll see you this Sunday.
Shalom, Paul
