In-person worship services

Come worship with us every Sunday at 10 am in the sanctuary. There are also several special worship services throughout the year which we promote in the weekly bulletins and the monthly newsletter, The Palm Leaf.

We’re located at 14808 N Boswell Blvd, Sun City, AZ 85351.

Need a ride to worship? Call the church office at 623.977.8359 between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. Monday through Thursday to schedule a ride to the service.

Online worship services

September 1, 2024: Rather than fear being our dominate emotion, let service to God rule our lives. Pastor Paul preaches from Joshua 24:1-2a & 14-18. Today is also Communion Sunday. Gather your communion elements and join us for this sacred time. Jennifer Hoppe, Bonnie Green, Elaine Klauser, Ann Plaziak, and Pastor Jim lead in music and the spoken word.

August 25, 2024: The scripture for the fourteenth Sunday after Pentecost is from the the book of James, chapter 1, verses 22-25. Pastor Paul asks “What will you do while you wait?” Anthony Park is our liturgist and delights us with his special version of the song “In this life.” Join us as Jennifer Hoppe leads the musical portion of today’s worship.

Worship themes for September 2024:

1st Pastor Paul will be preaching on Joshua 24:1-2a, 14-18. What happens when we let fear dominate our emotions? Disaster! Can we replace fear with service? “As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.”

8th Read Isaiah 35:4-7 & Mark 7:24-37. Sometimes we need a change in perspective in life. Pastor Paul will be leading us down the yellow brick road.

15th Today is Prison Awareness Sunday. Our guest speaker is Trish Plum from Imagine Therapy Arizona.

22nd What makes you happy? Plant yourself by a living stream and live! Pastor Paul will be preaching. Read Psalm 1.

29th Read Esther 7:1-6, 9-10; 9:20-22. Did you know that there is an entire book in the bible that doesn’t mention God? Esther! These verses tell a story of ultimate ironic reversal.
