In-person worship services

Come worship with us every Sunday at 10 am in the sanctuary. There are also several special worship services throughout the year which we promote in the weekly bulletins and the monthly newsletter, The Palm Leaf.

We’re located at 14808 N Boswell Blvd, Sun City, AZ 85351.

Need a ride to worship? Call the church office at 623.977.8359 between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. Monday through Thursday to schedule a ride to the service.

We make video recordings of our worship services available to watch the following Monday morning (see below); you can also find them on our YouTube channel and Facebook page.

December 8, 2024: It’s the second Sunday of Advent and today’s scripture comes from the book of Luke, chapter 3, verses 2 through 14. It’s Peace Sunday and today’s message comes to us from Pastor Paul. He asks us to Take Time to be Honest. Judy Pinter is our liturgist today. Jennifer Hoppe and Elaine Klauser provide today’s music, along with the Sanctuary Choir.

Sunday, December 1st
First Sunday of Advent – Hope.
Raise your heads! Watch and pray.
The Living Word is coming to bring hope.
We will gather around The Table and celebrate the great gift given for all. Pastor Paul will be preaching.

Sunday, December 8th
Second Sunday of Advent – Peace.
Read Luke 3:1-6.
What can John the Baptist teach us about peace?
Pastor Paul will be preaching.

Sunday, December 15th
Third Sunday of Advent – Joy.
Our Sanctuary Choir, musicians and narrators will bring messages of joy. Invite a friend or two to be filled with God’s immeasurable joy!

Saturday, December 21st, 5 pm
Blue/Longest Night Christmas Service led by Rev. David Klingensmith.

Sunday, December 22nd
Fourth Sunday of Advent – Love.
Mary sings her song in Luke 1:39-55.
Christmas belongs to the few who live in wonder at the coming of Christ, and respond as servants, “Here am I, body and soul.”
Pastor Paul will be preaching.

Tuesday, December 24th, 7:00 pm
Christmas Eve Service of Carols, Communion, and Candlelight.
Pastor Paul will be preaching.

Sunday, December 29th
First Sunday after Christmas.
Our Pastor Emeritus Rev. Len Silvester will be preaching! What a treat—literally a voice of the past coming back and sharing in the here and now.
