Aunt Rita’s Foundation          

We provide funding to local HIV/AIDS service agencies in Arizona that deliver an array of essential services to people living with HIV, or at-risk for HIV. Services provided by these agencies include testing, treatment, prevention, substance use counseling, housing, harm reduction, behavioral health, and more.

NAMI (National Alliance on Mental illness)

We are dedicated to building better lives for the millions of Americans affected by mental illness. Our Alliance includes more than 700 NAMI State Organizations and Affiliates who work in your community to raise awareness and provide support and education to those in need

Tools2Thrive

The Church of the Palms UCC in January 2021 received certification as a W.I.S.E. congregation for mental health under the guidelines of the UCC General Synod. The UCC General Synod voted in 2015 to overwhelmingly adopt a resolution to develop a network of churches that are welcoming, inclusive, supportive and engaged (W.I.S.E.) for mental health.

AZTYPO is a safe space for families with gender-diverse children. We provide a supportive environment for children, adolescents, and their families to explore issues of gender identity.  

LAMBDA Phoenix Center

The mission of the Lambda Phoenix Center is to provide an inviting, safe and supportive community space for individuals and families in the metro Phoenix LGBTQ community recovering from alcoholism and other addictions

Refuge Restrooms            

Refuge Restrooms is a web application that seeks to provide safe restroom access for transgender, intersex, and gender nonconforming individuals. Users can search for restrooms by proximity to a search location, add new restroom listings, as well as comment and rate existing listings.

Mothers who have traveled down this road and want to help you through this crossroads by providing a place for hope, support, learning, and community. In this time of political unrest, especially surrounding our LGBTQ+ loved ones, it is crucial to understand how to have courageous conversations to foster empathy, advocate for rights, and create inclusive environments for all.

I-HELP

I-HELP is a unique, cost-effective program that partners faith communities together in the effort to provide emergency shelter to people experiencing homelessness across the valley.  Through case management and the support of caring volunteers, our fellow neighbors move from crisis to stability.
