Dysart’s summer camps are underway with 150 children in El Mirage and 75 in Surprise. They’re attending free of charge thanks to a state of Arizona grant from the governor’s office. The center appreciates the snacks and grocery items that church members have given to the center for the camp attendees. Thanks for your continued generosity!
They’re always grateful for contributions of paper towels, toilet paper, and hygiene items which are used daily at the center. Also, even though clothing will not be accepted until after the camp ends at the end of July, they will accept school supplies and backpacks for the upcoming school year NOW.
Most adult education programs are on hold for the summer except for GED/ESL classes held three times a week.
